This display was inspired by the "Dia de Muertos" (Day of the Dead), which is celebrated on November 1st and 2nd in Mexico. This tradition is celebrated in different ways in each state of the country. The color and scents are mixed with the memory of the loved ones that visit their relatives on that day. The bibliographic selection was primarily visual but also tries to give a general overview of the celebration. You could also find a couple of texts that shows how this celebration has also been transformed in those who live in the United States.
