Islamaphobia and SWANA/MENA Task Force
The Islamophobia and SWANA/MENA Task Force was established under Student Affairs and Campus Diversity in 2022. The task force was charged with improving SDSU’s campus culture to ensure that all Muslim and SWANA/MENA students, faculty, and staff feel welcomed, supported and heard.

“San Diego for Palestine” is a coalition of San Diego-based grassroots, faith, student, youth, civic, advocacy, and service organizations advocating for Palestinian rights and freedoms
House of Palestine
The House of Palestine is a cultural, organization, connecting people to the traditions of Palestine. The House of Palestine promotes the culture and history of Palestine and its people, by hosting various social activities featuring Palestinian traditional costumes, dance, poetry, music, arts and crafts, and ethnic foods.

History of Read Palestine Week

Publshers for Palestine is hosting the second annual celebration of Read Palestine week takes place from November 29- December 5. Read Palestine Week always begins on November 29, which is International Day of Solidarity with Palestinian Peoples, and aims to increase awareness of Palestinian history, culture, and literature. People are encouraged to read Palestinian literature, in public and in community, as a form of resistance and a way to show support for a Free Palestine.
