The Biodiversity Heritage Library (BHL) is a consortium of natural history and botanical libraries that cooperate to digitize the legacy literature of biodiversity held in their collections and to make that literature available for open access and responsible use as a part of a global “biodiversity commons.” The BHL consortium works with the international taxonomic community, rights holders, and other interested parties to ensure that this biodiversity heritage is made available to a global audience through open access principles.

Pivot is a powerful tool that combines funding and collaboration opportunities for researchers and graduate students across all disciplines and houses over 25,000 opportunities and 3 million researcher profiles. It contains information on awards, fellowships, and grants from federal/non-federal, corporate/private foundation, and international funding sources. Pivot allows users to create unique funding searches, choose to receive weekly emails based upon those searches, search for collaboration opportunities, share opportunities with colleagues and track relevant opportunities.
