Zotero automatically checks your database and documents for works that have been retracted. You can find a list of retracted items within your Zotero Library in the items list on the menu on the left side of the page.
If you click on a retracted item, more information will appear in the info pane on the right side of the page. If you try to cite a retracted item you will get a warning from Zotero.
