Public Policy Research

Get Started Evaluating

As the graphic on the What is Policy tab illustrates the circular nature of Public Policy, evaluating the impact of policy must take into account its circular nature as well. It is good to look for:

  • Resources generated by advocacy organizations, think tanks, and watchdog groups can offer in-depth analyses of policies and their effects
  • Reports and statistics created by government entities that may have analyzed policies
  • Academic articles presenting research findings on policies, their impacts, and implementations.
